* Booking 7 nights or more entitles you to a 10% rate adjustment for the week and/or any additional nights. The prices above reflect this adjustment.
All of the above prices are in US dollars and include all taxes. These rates are subject to change at any time. There is a four night minimum on all rentals. Please contact us for current pricing on transportation services, car rentals, tours and charters.
Please remember that these rental units are privately owned homes. We do ask that the units are treated as such during the course of your stay. All units accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The two bedroom unit has a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room area. All units are NON-SMOKING and no pets are allowed.
Payment Policy: We will not be able to confirm your reservation until the receipt of a payment of 50% of the rental price. The balance will be due 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservations are made within 60 days of the arrival date, the entire balance will be due in order to confirm your reservation. We require a damage deposit in the form of a check made out to Las Ventanas del Mar for $750. Your check will be mailed back to you
upon successful inspection of the rental unit. If any damage occurs to the unit during the course of your stay, you will be responsible for the costs of repairs and or the replacement value.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided. We may reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This courtesy does not apply to no shows. Any and all cancellations MUST be made in writing and be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival in order to qualify for rescheduling. We cannot reschedule reservations cancelled within 30 days or reservations for Peak Season.
